Gainsborough Town Council Presents...
Festivals and Celebrations 2009...
Gainsborough OctoberFest 2009...
Gainsborough Town Council is delighted to be an active co-ordinator and
supporter of Gainsborough’s first “Octoberfest”.

Sue Dewsbury of the Gainsborough Folk Club and Councillor Tim Davies
should take the credit for the initial idea and for sharing it with me. I
then took on the task of coordinating the event and trying to engage as
many organisations as possible.

The monthly meetings of interested parties have been well supported
and there are over 30 different organisations involved in staging events
throughout the month.

If anyone wants more information then I can be contacted on
01427 811573 or by E Mail to gary.cooke@gainsboroughtowncouncil.co.uk
